Wine an Cheese event will be held in the Grandmasters Lobby from 5:00pm -7:00pm on Friday night.
Piano Fondue show will start at 6:30pm on Satuday night and this will be a 4 hour show. If you do not have your free tickets reserved yet please call 920-755-3633 to reserve them. You may pick up your tickets at the Rec. Center anytime on Saturday if you are not staying on property or you will receive them when you check in, if you are staying. Must be 21 to attend this event.
Burgers and Brats will be available, for purchase, during the piano show.
Please remember that your guests are welcome to attend the Piano Fondue show but the other events this weekend are for owners only. Thank you for your cooperation!
Once again it is time to vote for a new board member. The ballots will be sent out shortly in post card form. The candates and their qualifications are as follows:
Richard Isely: My name is Richard Isely. I'm married with 2 children. We live in Kiel, just 45 minutes from Fox Hills. I have been coming to Fox Hills for most of my life. My wife and I have been owners since 1988. I work as a Paramedic for Gold Cross Ambulance of the Fox Valley for the past 23 years. As a proud owner at Fox Hills, I know how important your investment is here at Fox Hills. We have made great strides with improvement at our Resort and my goal as a Board Member is to insure your getting the best return on your Vacation Dollars. Thanks, Richard Isely.
Patricia Dodge: Bachelors Degree in Management and Accounting; 23 years of Professional experience as a business manager, divisions manager, and co-director. Treasurer of League of Women Voters, past board member of Holy Innocents Parish, numerous volunteer and fund raising positions.
Todd M Tuecke: 23+ years in building and trades; specializing in custom cabinetry, counters, flooring and interior design. We have been coming here for 8+ years and are new owners because we love it here.
William Brennum: I am running for the board of directors because I would like to ensure that the resort continues to be the quality vacation destination for its owners and other guest that the board and resort management has built. The combination of quality amenities and reasonable maintenance fees set the resort apart from the other timeshares at which I own. My qualifications include 20 years work experience as a business and system analyst. I have served on a homeowners HOA and am currently the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Olympia VOA resort in Oconomowoc.

Annual Meeting for 2013 will be held on April 20th at 1:00pm in the Grand Masters Ballroom. If you are running for a board position you will be required to attend this meeting. Please see the Fall 2012 Foxtail for the application for a board position. Please mail this form back to Fox Hills by December 31, 2012 to be on the 2013 ballot.
Board members have:
*access to the Interval International exchange program
*May stay on property (in a hotel room) the night prior/of any board meetings (based on availability)
*one complimentary 3 night stay in a condo (one round of golf included for up to 4 people w/cart) based on availability

***Please Print and add to your disclosure book*** As of the board meeting on October 20, 2009 the terms of the officers will be as follows: One elected timeshare owner whose term will last until the 3rd annual meeting from the annual meeting in 2009 (currently the president), one elected timeshare owner whose term will expire at the second annual meeting after the 2009 meeting (currently secretary) and one elected timeshare owner whose term will expire at the next annual owners meeting (currently not holding a position). Henceforth, all terms of elected positions will expire 3 years after their election.
**Please note that owner cards are burgundy and tan. They also do NOT have a picture on them. If you do not have this card please stop in or call to get new ones. You must have a picture ID and your card with you to use any of the facilities at the resort. You will be turned away if you do not have this with you. Thank you!
REMINDER
RCI comment cards are for RCI and affect our scores and your trading power. If you have an issue while your are staying at Fox Hills Resort please use the comment cards in the room or talk to Vicky Anderson the Association Operations Manager. The cards that are mailed or e-mailed to you by RCI should reflect a positive stay to keep our scores up which help with your trading power. The board members have discussed at length the pool policy which states “when a vacation owner comes to use the pool for the day and is not staying on property, they are allowed to bring 1 guest per card holder present”. They have all agreed to not change this policy. If you have any concerns over this issue please contact your board members via e-mail.
