Thank you for a great Class Reunion!

hey Fox Hills! Just wanted to quickly type a note to you thanking you for all your help on Saturday. We had our class reunion in the Foxfire Room, and it was so great! Thank you to Tina and Heather for helping me organize everything and to Tim and Danielle for being great bartenders! Thank you to everyone else who made it possible! The food was delicious and the staff was amazing – like always! Thank you again so much!!

           Jane (Massage Therapist at The Oasis Spa) was exceptional!  This was by far the best, most relaxing massage that I have ever experienced.  I will for sure return for the treatment again.  Jane is a jewel- I felt comfortable and wonderful after.  Thank you so much!!

            Thank you for all of your hard work!  You did an amazing job with our wedding on May 30th.  Every single thing was absolutely perfect.  You didn’t miss one detail.  You did a great job of organizing and leading the servers and employees, everyone was so professional!  We heard many people say that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.  We’ll be recommending Fox Hills to all of our family and friends.  We plan on returning each year to stay at Fox Hills.  Thanks a million!

Subject: Henry Golf Shop

The past two days 12 friends and myself were at you resort.  This something we have been doing in the Month May for the last four year.   The reason I’m dropping you this e-mail is because of the great service we have received the past two years from you pro shop.  But this year was the best.  Henry the young man working Sunday and Monday went far beyond what I say was expected from him.  He greeted not only us but everyone that came in to the pro shop with a smile and how can I help you.  He wipe down all the carts took tee time, answer all of our question move players from 9 to 9 to ensure fast play etc.  Made everyone feel important.   He was working most of the time by himself and handled everything that came his way.  If I was in the golf course business myself I would have done everything I could to lure him away and have him come and work for me.  You have a winner working for you.  Service like that keeps people coming back.  In this hard time this is money well spent.   Enjoy the two days.
