Subject: Henry Golf Shop
The past two days 12 friends and myself were at you resort. This something we have been doing in the Month May for the last four year. The reason I’m dropping you this e-mail is because of the great service we have received the past two years from you pro shop. But this year was the best. Henry the young man working Sunday and Monday went far beyond what I say was expected from him. He greeted not only us but everyone that came in to the pro shop with a smile and how can I help you. He wipe down all the carts took tee time, answer all of our question move players from 9 to 9 to ensure fast play etc. Made everyone feel important. He was working most of the time by himself and handled everything that came his way. If I was in the golf course business myself I would have done everything I could to lure him away and have him come and work for me. You have a winner working for you. Service like that keeps people coming back. In this hard time this is money well spent. Enjoy the two days.
